In 2006 Crucolo created the Filiera Agroalimentare Trentina, a plant specialized in the slaughtering and production of speck, raw, cooked and cured meats. Ancient recipes and scrupulous processing with natural and high quality aromas for an industrial production necessary to satisfy the demands of the market. Thanks to the facility, it has been possible to quickly establish the brand on the sales channels of large-scale distribution and among delicatessen shops with products such as speck and carne salada up to a line of cold cuts sliced in trays for self-service sales.
As for Crucolo cheeses, the company has embarked on an important path to enhance the raw material. At the base of the production there is in fact 100% Italian milk, made by cows that graze in the stable meadows of the Brenta Dolomites and then aged in Valsugana in special seasoning rooms where the wheels are wet and washed and turned by hand by specialized personnel 2 times a week. in conditions of optimal temperature and humidity.

THE STRENGHT OF A RECOGNIZED BRAND
Some of the Crucolo products have created a real cult both in Italy and around the world.
Every December the city of Concord, Massachusetts celebrates Crucolo Day with a giant wheel of Crucolo Cheese and a parade that draws onlookers and enthusiasts from across tall he United States. Parampampoli, on the other hand, since its creation in 1960, is an iconic drink famous for its choreographic preparation and its flame service.
Also contributing to the fame of the Crucolo brand is its distribution in highly important specialty food stores around the world, including Eataly.
The giant Crucolo formats, which became part of several Guinness World Records starting from the 1990s and then throughout the 2000s, enhance visibility and capture attention of the customers and are ideal for creating corners in stores of all sizes. An all-Trentino format really appreciated.
The presence of the giant formats is then combined with a series of materials for an in-depth look of the features of the products and their production area, as well as decorative elements that wink at the rustic mountain style.
