Our renowned Parampampoli was invented at the end of the ‘50s, when coffee, grappa, wine, sugar, honey and other flavourings were mixed together to create an exclusive, inimitable, flaming drink. The Parampampoli is Rifugio Crucolo’s signature drink and marks the starting point on its long road to success.
To prepare it, shake the bottle thoroughly and pour the desired amount into a small pot. Heat on a high flame and bring to a boil. As soon as the first bubbles appear, set fire to it with a match and serve in robust cups while the flame is still burning.
